The journey from Kyiv to Wroclaw takes almost an entire day, so departures are usually planned for the morning.

Border Crossing and Stops Along the Way

You can cross the Polish border through the Krakovets, Shehyni or Yahodyn checkpoints. We agree on the specific checkpoint before departure. The driver crosses the border with you, so you do not need to change vehicles.

Border queues change daily, so we cannot guarantee an exact waiting time. Instead, we recommend allowing extra time, especially if you have a scheduled meeting or flight. Border traffic is usually heavier on weekends and before public holidays.

Before traveling, make sure every passenger has a valid international passport. Prepare children’s travel documents in advance.

The journey is long, so stops along the way are important. You can choose where and when to stop for rest or food. Simply let the driver know. Night departures from Kyiv are possible, but pickup times must be coordinated according to curfew restrictions.

Kyiv to Wroclaw: Airport Transfer for Your Flight

Wroclaw Airport (WRO) is located from 10 to 12 km from the city center. The driver takes you directly to the terminal, so you do not need additional transportation from the city.

We calculate your departure time based on your flight schedule. First, we consider the check-in time recommended by your airline. Then we add the journey to the airport and extra time for crossing the border. That is why you should provide your flight number and departure time when booking. If you arrive at Wroclaw Airport, the driver can meet you outside the terminal and take you to Kyiv.

Family Travel, Pets and Luggage on a Long Journey

For trips with children, we provide a child car seat upon request. Please mention this when booking and specify your child’s age so that we can select a seat of the appropriate size. You can also bring a pet on your journey. Transportation conditions depend on the animal’s weight, so please specify your pet’s weight in the booking request. On this long route, you can also arrange stops for your pet with the driver.

Please inform us in advance if you have a large amount of luggage. We do not impose a fixed limit on the number of suitcases, but the amount of luggage affects vehicle selection. You can also bring a wheelchair or baby stroller. Please mention it in the comments section of your booking request and indicate whether it is foldable. This allows us to provide a vehicle with sufficient luggage space.
