This is not a car carrier or a tow truck: the car moves on its own wheels behind the wheel of an experienced driver. You order a route, we take on the road, documents and responsibility for the car in motion.

The service is suitable for two situations. First: you need to drive a car across Ukraine between cities, when it is impossible or inconvenient to drive yourself. Second: you bought a car abroad and want to bring the purchased car without the hassle of logistics. We cover both directions with one driver and one application.

Many owners choose this service instead of traveling independently, because it saves time and effort. Instead of taking a vacation on the road, you hand over the car to the driver and go about your business. In the meantime, the car moves to the destination according to the agreed schedule.

How does carpooling work on your route?

You leave a request with the starting point, the arrival point and the desired date. We select a driver, agree on the time of delivery and handover of the keys. Then the driver accepts the car according to the act, records the mileage and condition of the body, and then sets off on the route.

On the way, we keep in touch and report on the passage of key points. You see where your car is now and when to expect it. You can calculate the preliminary distance of the route through the distance calculation to navigate in time and cost.

The car is also transferred according to the act. We check the mileage, inspect the body with you and sign the documents. This approach protects both parties and eliminates controversial points.

We also insure liability for the journey. If a minor traffic situation occurs on the route, you are protected by documents, not words. Transparent acts at the start and finish record the condition of the car up to a kilometer of mileage.

We take the mileage from the start point to the arrival point, multiply by the average fuel consumption and add the driver’s time payment. For international routes, the calculation includes border, insurance and possible waiting at the checkpoint.

To see the approximate amount in advance, send the route and car details. We will return the calculation of the cost of the car trip with a breakdown by items, without hidden surcharges already on the way. This way you understand what you are paying for, even before signing the application.

We do not add surcharges after the start, so the final amount does not differ from the agreed one. You see the price structure in advance and make a decision calmly. This format is convenient for both one-time orders and regular routes.

The service includes providing a driver, accepting the car according to the act, the race itself, support on the way and handing over the car according to the act at the finish. For international routes, we add preparation of documents for the border and insurance for the race.
