Many passengers arrive in Lviv by train from other cities. In this case, the driver will meet you at Lviv railway station after your train arrives. Please provide your train number and arrival time when booking. This ensures that the driver will be waiting when you step onto the platform.

Pickup is also available from any address in Lviv, including an apartment, hotel, or office. Night departures are possible, but we coordinate pickup times according to curfew restrictions. You can pay for your trip by card.

If you are traveling with your family and several large suitcases, we recommend choosing a minivan. It accommodates more passengers and considerably more luggage than a regular passenger car. You can also bring a wheelchair or baby stroller. Please mention it in the comments section of your booking request and indicate whether it is foldable. This allows us to provide a vehicle with sufficient trunk space. The driver will assist you with boarding and load the wheelchair or stroller together with your other belongings.

You can also bring a pet on your journey. The transportation cost depends on its weight, so please specify your pet’s weight in the booking request. Our manager will include this in the price immediately.

For trips with children, we provide a child car seat upon request. Please mention this when booking and specify your child’s age so that we can prepare a seat of the appropriate size. You can make a stop during the journey, for example at a gas station. Simply arrange it with the driver, and it will not affect the trip price.

Return Journey and Continuing to Skhidnytsia

After completing their medical treatment, many passengers need to return to Lviv. We also provide Truskavets to Lviv transfers under the same conditions: pickup directly from your sanatorium building, a fixed price, and no transfers. You can book your return journey together with your trip to the resort by specifying the date when your treatment ends.

If you need to catch a train in Lviv, please provide its departure time. We will calculate your pickup time with an additional time allowance so that you can reach the railway station without rushing. Pickup from your sanatorium building on your departure day works the same way as on your arrival day. The driver will help carry your belongings and load them into the vehicle.

Some passengers combine their stay in Truskavets with a visit to Skhidnytsia, located approximately 20 km away. Others visit Morshyn during their holiday. A trip to either of these resorts can be arranged as an extension of your route. Please inform our manager when booking so that the additional distance can be included in the calculation.
