1. Definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
Website Administration of https://mytaxitransfer24.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration), authorized employees responsible for managing the Website, acting on behalf of MyTaxiTransfer24, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as actions (operations) performed with personal data.

6. Privacy Policy. Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User agrees to:

6.1.2. Update personal data in case of changes.
6.2. The Website Administration agrees to:
6.2.1. use personal data only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. To ensure the confidentiality and secure storage of personal data, not to disclose such data without the User’s prior written consent, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data, except in cases provided for in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. To take reasonable precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with procedures commonly used in current business practice for protecting such information.
7. Privacy Policy. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Website Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for damages incurred by the User as a result of unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, except in cases provided for in Sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable for the loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:
7.2.1. Became publicly available prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Privacy Policy. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, the submission of a written claim proposing voluntary dispute resolution is mandatory.
8.2. The Website Administration reviews claims within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and provides the claimant with a written response regarding the outcome of the review.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by a court in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9. Additional Conditions of the Privacy Policy
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without obtaining the User’s consent.
9.2. The updated Privacy Policy enters into force upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the revised version of the Privacy Policy.
