The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Website Administration of <a href=\"https:\/\/mytaxitransfer24.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/mytaxitransfer24.com\/<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration), authorized employees responsible for managing the Website, acting on behalf of MyTaxiTransfer24, who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, as well as actions (operations) performed with personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. \u201cPersonal Data\u201d \u2013 any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the subject of personal data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. \u201cProcessing of Personal Data\u201d \u2013 any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without the use of automated means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. \u201cConfidentiality of Personal Data\u201d \u2013 a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their disclosure without the consent of the personal data subject or other lawful grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.5. Website User of https:\/\/mytaxitransfer24.com\/<br>\u2013 a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website\u2019s services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.6. \u201cCookies\u201d \u2013 a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user\u2019s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server with each HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the relevant website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.7. \u201cIP Address\u201d \u2013 a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. Personal Data means any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, referred to as the personal data subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. Processing of Personal Data means any action or set of actions performed with personal data, whether automated or not. This includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.4. Confidentiality of Personal Data means a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent disclosure without the consent of the personal data subject or other lawful grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.5. Website User of https:\/\/mytaxitransfer24.com\/ means any person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.6. Cookies are small data files sent by a web server and stored on the user\u2019s device. These files are transmitted back to the web server by the browser with each HTTP request when accessing a website page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.7. IP Address<\/strong> means a unique network address of a device in a computer network that uses the IP protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. General provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Use of the Website https:\/\/mytaxitransfer24.com\/ confirms the User\u2019s agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Subject of the Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Website Administration to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the User when submitting service requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User through forms on the Website and includes the following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the User\u2019s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the User\u2019s contact phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the User\u2019s email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. The Website also protects data that is automatically transmitted during the use of the Website and advertising materials. This data includes the IP address, cookie information, browser information, access time, page address, and referrer data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3.1. Disabling cookies may limit access to certain parts of the Website that require authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. Any other personal information not specified above is securely stored and not disclosed, except in cases described in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Purposes of Collecting Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The Website Administration may use personal data for the following purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1.1. Identifying the User who submits service requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1.2. Communicating with the User, including sending notifications, responding to inquiries, and providing services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Methods and terms of personal data processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Personal data is processed without time limitation using lawful methods, including automated systems or manual processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. The Website Administration applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, modification, copying, distribution, or other unlawful actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. The Website Administration and the User take reasonable measures to prevent damage or negative consequences related to the loss or disclosure of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Privacy Policy. Obligations of the Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1.\u00a0The User agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1.1.\u00a0Provide accurate personal data required to use the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1.2.\u00a0Update personal data in case of changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2.\u00a0The Website Administration agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2.1<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0use personal data only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2.2. To ensure the confidentiality and secure storage of personal data, not to disclose such data without the User\u2019s prior written consent, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User\u2019s personal data, except in cases provided for in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2.3. To take reasonable precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User\u2019s personal data in accordance with procedures commonly used in current business practice for protecting such information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Privacy Policy. Liability of the Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. The Website Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for damages incurred by the User as a result of unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Personal Data Protection\u201d, except in cases provided for in Sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable for the loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2.1. Became publicly available prior to its loss or disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Privacy Policy. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, the submission of a written claim proposing voluntary dispute resolution is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. The Website Administration reviews claims within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and provides the claimant with a written response regarding the outcome of the review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by a court in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the laws of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Additional Conditions of the Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. The Website Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without obtaining the User\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. The updated Privacy Policy enters into force upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the revised version of the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3.
