Private car transfers from Ukraine are door-to-door trips by car with a driver to Poland or Moldova. The car carries only your group, and the driver crosses the border with you, so you never change vehicles. We fix the price when you book, and the fare already includes waiting at the border.

Your journey begins with a booking request on our website or via messenger. You specify the date, departure time, pickup address, and destination address abroad. We also need the number of passengers and the amount of luggage to select a vehicle of the appropriate size.

Our manager confirms the details and provides a price. Once confirmed, the price remains unchanged, even if the queue at the border crossing takes longer than expected. This means you know your travel budget in advance. However, if the vehicle has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation costs the full fare.

On the day of departure, the vehicle arrives at your specified address: an apartment, hotel, or office. The driver helps load your suitcases, and you travel directly to your destination without changing vehicles. You can arrange stops along the way with the driver, for example at a gas station or café. The driver waits at the pickup location for up to 15 minutes free of charge.

Vehicle classes include comfort, business, premium, and minibus. A passenger car accommodates up to 4 passengers, although three people can travel more comfortably. A minibus accommodates up to 8 people and more luggage. We do not limit the number of suitcases, but please tell us the amount of luggage in advance.

We provide a child car seat if you request one when booking. If you travel with your own car seat, there is no additional charge. Conditions for families are described on our traveling with children page.

We transport pets weighing up to 20 kg free of charge. For larger pets, the price is agreed separately, starting from UAH 500.

Payment is usually made after the trip. A deposit is required only when the vehicle is located more than 100 km from the pickup point. Unlike scheduled buses, our international passenger transportation services allow you to choose your own departure time. For comparison, a bus from Kyiv to Warsaw takes from 12 to 16 hours with stops along the route. A bus journey to Chisinau takes from 10 to 13 hours.

Poland accounts for the largest number of our international routes. Most private car transfers from Ukraine to Poland go through the Shehyni Medyka or Krakovets Korczowa border crossings. Below, the routes are grouped by destination city, with distances and travel times taken from the corresponding route pages.

Warsaw. The Kyiv to Warsaw transfer covers 787 km and takes from 10 to 12 hours, including border crossing time. The route from Kyiv passes through Zhytomyr, Rivne, and Lviv. From the border to Warsaw, the trip takes from 2 to 2.5 hours. The journey from Lviv is shorter: Lviv to Warsaw taxi covers 485 km in approximately 8 hours. Prices start from UAH 26,000 for a trip from Kyiv and UAH 14,100 from Lviv.

Krakow. The Lviv to Krakow transfer covers 325 km and takes approximately 4 hours. Our manager will provide the exact price when you book. There is also a separate route from Kyiv to Krakow. Travel conditions are described on the Kyiv to Krakow transfer page.

Rzeszow. The Lviv to Rzeszow transfer covers 170 km and takes approximately 2.5 hours. Meanwhile, the Kyiv to Rzeszow transfer covers 711 km and takes at least 9 hours.

Katowice. The Uzhgorod to Katowice transfer takes you to southern Poland. You can find route details on the corresponding page or contact our manager for more information.

Transfers to Poland are often booked for airport departures. The driver takes passengers directly to Rzeszow Airport, Krakow (Balice) Airport, or Warsaw Airport. To calculate the appropriate departure time, please include your flight number and departure time in the booking request. More information about these journeys is available on our airport transfer page.

Routes to Chisinau are available from Kyiv and Odesa. The Kyiv to Chisinau transfer covers 600 km and takes from 8 to 9 hours, including border crossing time. The shorter Odesa to Chisinau transfer covers 195 km and takes approximately 4 hours. Border crossings on these routes include Palanca Maiaky and Mohyliv-Podilskyi Otaci. The journey from Kyiv to the border takes from 5 to 6 hours. Crossing the border takes from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. The drive on to Chisinau takes from 1 to 2 hours more.

The same conditions apply to return journeys. The Chisinau to Kyiv transfer covers 600 km, while the Chisinau to Odesa transfer covers 195 km. International passenger transportation to Moldova follows the same payment rules as transfers to Poland.

Many passengers book a transfer to Moldova to catch a flight from Chisinau Airport. In this case, we calculate the departure time based on your flight schedule. We start from the check-in time your airline recommends. Then we add the drive to the airport, the border with extra time, and the trip to the checkpoint. Therefore, please make sure to provide your flight number and departure time when booking.

For an early morning flight, you will most likely need to depart in the evening or at night. Night departures are possible, but pickup times are coordinated according to curfew restrictions. The driver takes you directly to the terminal and helps unload your luggage. We recommend checking your airline’s baggage allowance in advance so that we can select a vehicle suitable for your suitcases.

Every passenger needs a valid international passport to leave Ukraine. Prepare children’s travel documents in advance, and bring a veterinary passport if you are traveling with a pet. We recommend checking the latest border crossing regulations before your journey.

Queues at border checkpoints depend on the day of the week and public holidays. Traffic is usually heavier on weekends and before holidays, so we allow extra time in advance. You can check the current situation using the border queue information service. Queues for vehicles are usually shorter than those at pedestrian crossings. Free Wi-Fi is available for passengers waiting at the Shehyni Medyka and Krakovets Korczowa checkpoints.

The driver crosses the border with you and takes you directly to your final destination. Before departure, the driver checks traffic at the crossings and picks the one with fewer vehicles.
