Private car transfers across Ukraine are door-to-door trips between cities in a car with a driver. The vehicle carries only your group and goes directly to the address you need, without changing vehicles. The price is fixed when you book and does not change on the way.

First, you submit a booking request on our website or via messenger. You specify the date, time, pickup and destination addresses, number of passengers, and luggage. Our manager confirms the details and provides a price that remains unchanged after confirmation.

On the day of your trip, the vehicle arrives at your address at the agreed time. The driver helps load your suitcases, and you travel directly to your destination without unnecessary stops or other passengers. On long routes, such as trips to Lviv, one stop is already included in the price: at a gas station, café, or restroom.

Payment is usually made after the trip. A deposit is required only when the vehicle is located more than 100 km from the pickup point. If the vehicle has already arrived at the pickup location, the full fare is charged for cancellation.

Night departures are possible, but we coordinate pickup times according to curfew restrictions. Additionally, before a long journey, it is useful to check the road conditions along your route.

This type of intercity transfer is convenient for those traveling with children, carrying large amounts of luggage, or attending business meetings. You choose your own departure time and do not depend on bus schedules.

Intercity transfers also differ from scheduled public transport because they take you directly to your destination address. You do not need to travel from a bus or railway station with your suitcases. That is why private car transfers across Ukraine are often booked by families with children and elderly passengers.

Below, the routes are grouped by departure city. Each route includes the distance and travel time indicated on its dedicated page. Our manager will provide the exact price when you book, as it depends on the vehicle class and number of passengers.

From Kyiv. Kyiv to Lviv taxi covers 544 km in approximately 6 to 7 hours. The distance to Odesa is about 500 km, with a journey time of approximately 6 hours. More details are available on the Kyiv to Odesa taxi page. Shorter trips take about two hours: Kyiv to Zhytomyr taxi covers 142 km, while Kyiv to Chernihiv transfer covers 150 km.

Heading further west, the Kyiv to Rivne transfer covers 331 km in approximately 4 hours. The shortest route from the capital, the Kyiv to Boryspil transfer, covers about 40 km and takes from 43 minutes.

From Lviv. The Lviv to Kyiv transfer covers 540 km in approximately 7 hours. The Lviv to Chernivtsi transfer covers 280 km in 4 hours. Meanwhile, the Lviv to Vinnytsia transfer covers between 370 and 435 km and takes 5 to 6 hours.

From Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. The Zaporizhzhia to Dnipro transfer covers 70 km and takes 2 to 3 hours. A similarly short route is the Dnipro to Pavlohrad transfer, covering 75 km in approximately one hour.

If you arrive in the city by train, we can arrange pickup at the railway station. You can check your arrival time using the train schedule and include your train number in the booking request. This way, the driver will be waiting when you arrive at the platform.

In addition to the routes listed above, we also operate on other routes. If your destination is not on the list, submit a request, and our manager will calculate the cost of your trip.

Mountain routes have their own specific conditions. In winter, snow and fog on mountain passes can increase travel time, so it is better to plan your departure with extra time to spare. The driver checks road conditions in advance and warns you about difficult sections.

The Lviv to Bukovel transfer covers approximately 231 km in 4 to 5 hours in dry weather. During snowfall, you should allow an additional 30 to 60 minutes. There are two route options: a shorter mountain road through Skole and a longer, flatter route through Ivano-Frankivsk, which is more commonly chosen in winter.

The distance from Kyiv to the resort ranges from 630 to 700 km, and the Kyiv to Bukovel taxi takes 8 to 11 hours. In winter, we recommend departing early on this route to arrive before dark.

Shorter routes are available closer to the mountains. The Ivano-Frankivsk to Bukovel taxi covers 95 to 110 km and takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Meanwhile, the Yaremche to Ivano-Frankivsk route takes 1 to 1.5 hours over a distance of 58 to 70 km.

Slavske is located on the railway line from Lviv. The Lviv to Slavske transfer covers approximately 130 km via Skole in 2 to 2.5 hours. The driver coordinates vehicle pickup with your train’s arrival. If your train is delayed, the pickup time is adjusted without any additional waiting charges.

We transport skis and snowboards in protective bags, either inside the vehicle or in the luggage compartment. Please mention your equipment when booking so that we can provide a vehicle of the appropriate size. Groups traveling with sports equipment usually choose a minivan, while the trunk of a passenger car can accommodate the belongings of two people.

We provide vehicle pickup from any address: an apartment, hotel, office, or airport. Additionally, by prior arrangement, the driver can meet you at the railway station.

We provide a child car seat if you request one when booking. If you travel with your own car seat, there is no additional charge. Conditions for families are described on our traveling with children page.

We transport pets weighing up to 20 kg free of charge. For larger pets, the price is agreed separately, starting from UAH 500. Please inform us about your pet and its weight when booking.

We do not impose a fixed luggage limit, but you should inform our operator about the amount of luggage in advance. The volume determines which vehicle we provide. A passenger car accommodates up to 4 passengers, although three people can travel more comfortably. A minibus accommodates up to 8 people and more luggage. For groups of 5 or more, it is more convenient than two separate vehicles.

Vehicle classes include standard, business, premium, and minibus. Vehicle models and interior photos are available in our fleet section. Business and premium classes are suitable for business trips or journeys where additional comfort is important.

Private Car Transfers Across Ukraine: Routes from Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro
