How is the payment made?

A prepayment is required if the car is located more than 100 kilometers from the pickup area. In all other cases, no prepayment is needed, and payment is made at the end of the trip.

Can I request a child seat?

If you are traveling with your own child seat, no additional fee applies. If you need a child seat to be provided in the car, please indicate this when booking.

Can I book a transfer at night?

Yes, you can. However, you should take into account the curfew restrictions in the region or city of pickup.
