A prepayment is required if the car is located more than 100 kilometers from the pickup area. In all other cases, no prepayment is needed, and payment is made at the end of the trip.
Can I request a child seat?
If you are traveling with your own child seat, no additional fee applies. If you need a child seat to be provided in the car, please indicate this when booking so we can include this additional service.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
If unforeseen circumstances occur and the car arrives with a delay, then: — the first hour of waiting is free; — the second hour costs 200 UAH; — subsequent hours are charged according to the standard rate.
Can I book a transfer at night?
Yes, you can. However, you should take into account the curfew restrictions in the region or city of pickup.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can be canceled when a prepayment was required; in this case, the prepayment is non-refundable. If the car has already arrived at the agreed pickup location, the full cost of the trip must be paid.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Of course, we are a PetFriendly service and appreciate your care for your little friends. The cost of this additional service depends on the pet’s weight: up to 20 kg — free of charge, over 20 kg — by agreement, starting from 500 UAH.
How much luggage can I take with me?
The amount of luggage is not limited. Just inform the operator when booking so we can select a suitable vehicle. The cost will depend on the amount of luggage.
